After being approved to establish a wholly foreign owned company in Vietnam, the competent authorities will issue 2 certificates for the investor, namely:
- Investment Registration Certificate
- Enterprise Registration Certificate
Language of these abovementioned-certificates is Vietnamese.
The Investment Registration Certificate is issued prior to the Enterprise Registration Certificate because the Investment Registration Certificate is a condition for being issued the Enterprise Registration Certificate.
