When engaging in investment and business activities in Viet Nam, foreign investors will be granted the following:

• Certificate of Investment Registration;
• Certificate of Enterprise Registration.

These certificates are presented in Vietnamese.

The Investment Registration Certificate is granted first since it is the prerequisite to obtain the Business Registration Certificate.
